Jenica M. Allen
I am broadly interested in global change biology, with a focus on plant
ecology. My research projects are quite varied and include invasive species
distribution modeling, novel phenology models, regional land use change
modeling, and both ground and camera-based plant phenology observations.
Teaching and resource development are another important aspect of my
graduate education. Please explore the ecology-focused GIS
Cyberinfrastructure Short Course I developed for the Department of Ecology &
Evolutionary Biology at the University of Connecticut.
