Final Plan of Study and Graduation
Information
In order to graduate you must fill
out a diploma application with the Registrar's Office during
the semester prior to your expected graduation. This form
can be filled out on-line from the Peoplesoft
website. Click here
for directions.
Your final plan of study is due by the fourth week of the
semester in which you are graduating. You can pick up this
form from Jennifer Murphy in TLS 372. You will need to have
your advisor and department head sign the form so don't wait
until the last minute. If you have a double major or minor
as well, make sure you contact those departments directly. |
